Kira Expands Through Joint Co-operation

Announcing the KIRA HEAVY-DUTY SERIES



Mr. Kenji Otake, President of Kira Corporation located outside of Nagoya, Japan and Mr. Arnold Jones, President of Kira America Corporation located south of Milwaukee, WI have entered into a co-operative agreement in the areas of Technology and Marketing with Danilo Ruffati, President of SERRMAC SPA of Italy.

According to Mr. Jones of Kira America Corporation, "Kira is a leader in the production of small footprint high capability CNC Production Centers. A significant number of Kira products are traveling column style machines. SERRMAC SPA with it's SERRTECH line of large traveling column machines, is recognized in Europe as a leading manufacturer of this type of equipment."

Mr. Jones continued that "the cooperation between Kira and SERRMAC will enhance product development for both companies." The good news for Kira America Corporation is that the SERRTECH machines are available for purchase, as Kira brand products here in North America.

Kira also announces that development will begin the the third quarter of 2011, between Kira America's technical department and SERRTECH's engineering team to develop products that meet the production requirements of businesses throughout the world.
